Taking photos for private purposes is permitted in the exhibition collections.
Due to security reasons all bags and backpacks as well as jackets and coats must be placed in lockers. These are available free of charge in the entrance area.
Eating and drinking is not permitted in the exhibition rooms.
On the ground floor you will find toilets, a barrier-free toilet and baby changing facilities. Visitors of the children's museum will find additional toilets and a changing facility on the 3rd floor.
Due to a shortage of staff, individual collection areas or exhibition rooms may occasionally be closed. We ask for your understanding.
